  • Domestic Delivery: Gabaya delivers to all major cities and serviceable locations across India through a network of trusted logistics partners. We continuously work with reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order.
  • International Inquiries: At present, direct international shipping is not available through our website. However, we accommodate international inquiries through our B2B support team. Customers interested in international deliveries may contact us directly for further arrangements.
  • Split Shipments: All orders are subject to product availability. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will ship the available products first. The remaining item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are restocked. Our team will keep you informed regarding the status of such orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Timeline: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • High Demand Periods: During festive seasons, new product launches, or promotional campaigns, order processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Notifications: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipment details and a tracking number. In the case of any significant delay, our team will proactively inform you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery location and serviceability.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options may be available for select locations at an additional cost, displayed during checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Gabaya may offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a specified order value (e.g., ₹2,000). Any such offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • External Factors: Delivery timelines are estimated. Circumstances such as adverse weather, transportation disruptions, regional restrictions, or public holidays may impact schedules. Gabaya is not liable for delays caused by such external factors, but we will make every effort to keep you informed.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Tracking Details: Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
  • Activation: Tracking information is generally activated within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Monitoring: Use the provided link to monitor your order’s journey in real time. In case of any tracking discrepancies, please contact our support team.

4. Missed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Gabaya is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Delivery Attempts: Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before marking the shipment as undeliverable. We recommend ensuring availability at the delivery address and keeping contact numbers accessible.
  • Undelivered Orders: If delivery attempts fail, the package may return to Gabaya. Customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

5. Damages Reporting

Each item is securely packed to minimize the risk of damage, preserving its quality, structure, and finish during transit.

If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, or tampered with, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at gabaya.legacy@gmail.com.

To process your request efficiently, please:

  1. Retain all original packaging materials.
  2. Provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  3. Share a brief description of the issue.

Note: This information is required to initiate a courier claim and expedite the resolution process (replacement or assistance). Requests raised beyond the 48-hour time frame may not be eligible for claims.
